Creative Colored Pencil Workshop | |
  This is not just another colored pencil book. We cover basic skills for a large variety of media and help you combine it with colored pencils. Learn how to use the qualities of each media to get where you want to go with your artwork. The book includes mini demos to learn how to select and apply various mediums. A reference chapter is included to help choose best surfaces for each project. Practice these skills with expanded step-by-steps for a variety of subjects using a variety of media. | In keeping with our love of art supplies and experimentation, we teach a variety of workshops in Florida and around the country. This is a list of our current offerings. Please contact us

HOW TO WORK WITH THE NEW ACRYLICS For every artist who works with acrylics or wants to. What is different about the New Interactive Acrylics from Chroma? Find out how much you can improve your work with this new revolutionary product. This workshop focuses on learning to work with the new acrylic by completing a practice board and a landscape. The board is a permanent and invaluable reference for learning how to use the special Interactive mediums. TEXTURES WITH ACRYLIC MEDIUMS Work on canvas with acrylic paints and mediums to achieve exciting textures and color patterns. Learn how to achieve an encaustic effect without hot wax. If you love to experiment, this is the workshop for you. Combine the techniques you learn in this workshop with monotypes, collage, relief sculpture, assemblage and many other art forms. CREATIVE COLORED PENCIL WORKSHOP Based on our book by the same name, this workshop shows you how to use the techniques discussed in the book. Learn how to use the best characteristics of an amazing variety of art materials to create the artwork you want, whether it's realistic or abstract. PRINTMAKING WITHOUT A PRESS This workshop gives you many different ways to create monotypes and multiple prints at home without having a press. You will be surprised at the variety of effects that can be achieved with various media and techniques. Learn how to enhance your prints with additional artwork.
